This finca, which goes by the name of Can Tico, is located just a few minutes from the village of Artà, known for its traditional architecture, its restaurants and art galleries, and above all for its relaxed and welcoming lifestyle. The beaches of Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, Sa Pedruscada and the unspoilt coves of the Parc Natural de Llevant are also within walking distance.
